The e-gift card can only be used on the Shanty Corporation website, and is valid for 3 years from the listed date of issue.

All orders are shipped from our Adelaide Warehouse and dispatched within 24 hours of your order date. We dispatch all orders received before 2PM ACDT (Monday-Friday) on the same business day*

The above delivery times are reflective of orders after being dispatched from our warehouse. This does not include packing and handling times while your order is being completed. After we have dispatched your order, you will receive a Shipping email from us which includes your parcel's tracking number.
Please note waiting times may be extended during promotional periods, public holidays, peak periods or extreme worldwide situations. We cannot accept responsibility for delays in delivery due to unforeseen circumstances such as natural disaster, strike, pandemics or transport complications etc.
It is your responsibility to provide an accurate delivery address and contact details. A current contact number, as well as any additional information such as ideal delivery times or safe leaving locations, should be provided in order to avoid multiple delivery attempts. Multiple delivery attempts or parcel re-direction may incur an additional fee which will be billed to you by the delivery service provider.
