With a focus on natural fabrications, we work closely with our manufacturers to create
one-of-a-kind hand-worked pieces featuring intricate embroidery, artisan fabrics, natural linens and neutral colours in stunning silhouettes, perfect for year-round relaxation.

We only create a small number of each style, which means that every piece is a limited edition.

Our Creative Director and Founder, Rayna Hooper, has always felt like a citizen of the globe.

In 2009 she decided to launch Holiday Trading & Co, a collective of lifestyle labels, and take on a whirlwind life of international roaming. Drawing on her very successful design career in homewares, textiles, property development and visionary retail projects - the adventure was born, and in 2016, she introduced The Shanty Corporation.

Always inspired, Rayna spends her time creating and conjuring up new ideas with an incredible team behind her, all whilst traversing the world - from busy and colourful alleyways in India, to her quaint abode in France, to our city based Adelaide office and her coastal retreat, Robe in South Australia.

Working alongside Rayna is a very creative and dedicated team, based between offices in our coastal hometown of Robe, to the bustling cities of Adelaide and Melbourne.

The group is constantly evolving, with everyone growing and developing their skills - but one thing always remains, the team love what they do - creating for you!
