After we have dispatched your order, you will receive a Shipping email from us which includes your parcel's tracking number.

A current contact number, as well as any additional information such as ideal delivery times or safe leaving locations, should be provided in order to avoid multiple delivery attempts. All orders are shipped from our Adelaide Warehouse and dispatched within 24 hours of your order date. We dispatch all orders received before 2PM ACDT (Monday-Friday) on the same business day*
