Orders are dispatched from our Adelaide Warehouse Monday – Friday weekly.
Orders placed after 10am AEST will be dispatched the following shipping day using Star Track.
Standard delivery is a flat rate of $10.00 AUD Express delivery is a flat rate of $15.00 AUD

The above delivery times are reflective of orders after being dispatched from our warehouse. This does not include packing and handling times while your order is being completed. After we have dispatched your order, you will receive a Shipping email from us which includes your parcel's tracking number.
Please note waiting times may be extended during promotional periods, public holidays or peak periods. We cannot accept responsibility for delays in delivery due to unforeseen circumstances such as natural disaster, strike, transport complications etc.
It is your responsibility to provide an accurate delivery address and contact details. A current contact number, as well as any additional information such as ideal delivery times or safe leaving locations, should be provided in order to avoid multiple delivery attempts. Multiple delivery attempts or parcel re-direction may incur an additional fee which will be billed to you by the delivery service provider.
*We do NOT offer next day delivery. All orders are processed next day after an order is placed, and will then be packed and shipped as soon as possible. Please note choosing Priority Shipping only guarantees your order will be sent Express with Star Track once your order has been dispatched.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY We want you to absolutely adore your new Shanty Corp pieces. If you have a change of mind or would like to exchange your item/s, we are more than happy to process a store credit or exchange for you. Please ensure you meet the below criteria to be eligible to make a return.
Must be sent back within 30 business days of receiving your items.
Must be unworn and unwashed with all original tags and labels attached.
No returns on sale items/warehouse sales
Once you have deemed yourself eligible to return your item/s, please email us at with your name and order number in the Subject. We will reply to your email with a Returns Number, which is required on the Return's Form you receive with your order. Please complete the Return's Form and include with your return parcel. Please note: The cost of return shipping costs for exchanges and other returns is at the customer’s expense, unless deemed faulty. The Shanty Corporation cannot be responsible for goods damaged in return transit. We recommend using a postage method which provides tracking or insurance for items in transit. No returns on sale items.
If your item is faulty, please email us directly at firstname.lastname@example.org Once we receive your item back and confirm there is a fault, we will process a Refund or Store Credit for you, depending on what you prefer.
Any item purchased at an independent stockist cannot be returned to the Shanty Corporation online store. You will need to contact the original store from where the item was purchased.
